Why a custom MCP server — not Zapier?
Generic integration tools start at $50/mo. We charge 5–10× that. Here’s why.
Bespoke architecture
Built for one host’s catalog, not a generic webhook router. Agents call your server directly — no broker, no rate-limit roulette.
Agent-native payments
Stripe SPT, x402, and MPP support so AI agents can hold and settle bookings autonomously — the rails generic tools don’t speak.
Hyperlocal context
Weather windows, surf conditions, road closures, local events — signals only you have, packaged so the AI can reason about them.
Ongoing API maintenance
Airbnb’s API drifts. We absorb breaking changes, auth rotations, and rate-limit fixes so your listings stay live.
Other pricing models
If none of the three tiers fit, we can structure pricing differently.
Usage-based
2–3% of booking value originated through the MCP server. Good when you want zero fixed costs.
Reseller backend
You set the retail price; we take 30–50% margin. Works well for PMS vendors and agencies.
Equity / rev-share
For early platforms with strong distribution but limited capital. Selectively considered.
Per-listing annual
$199–$399 / listing / year for managed servers. Predictable for property managers.
Common questions
Why does this cost more than a Zapier or Make integration?
Generic automation tools route webhooks between SaaS apps. A custom MCP server is bespoke infrastructure that exposes your listings to AI agents over a new protocol, with payment rails, structured data, and ongoing API maintenance. Different category, different price.
What does “agent-native payments” actually mean?
Stripe Shared Payment Tokens (SPT), x402, and the Managed Payment Protocol (MPP) are emerging standards that let an AI agent authorize and settle a booking on a guest’s behalf — with cryptographic proof and audit trails. We wire these in so your bookings work end-to-end from a chat.
How long does delivery take?
One-time builds: 2–4 weeks. Managed SaaS onboarding: 1–2 weeks. White-label deployments: 4–8 weeks depending on multi-tenancy scope.
What could change the price?
Listing count, Airbnb API write access (booking creation), custom analytics or PMS integrations, hyperlocal data sources, multi-tenant white-label requirements, and SLA tier. We scope each build before quoting.
Do I have to use Airbnb?
No. The same architecture works for Vrbo, Booking.com, Hostfully, Guesty, and direct-booking sites. Airbnb is the most common starting point.
